01What Reswap is
Reswap is a noncustodial software interface. It lets you swap tokens and bridge funds across the networks Relay supports. Orders are routed and filled by Relay (relay.link), a third-party protocol, and not by Reswap. Reswap does not hold your assets or your keys, and it cannot execute, reverse or cancel a transaction for you.
Tokens are created by others. We do not issue, list, vouch for or endorse any token, and a token appearing in the token list is not a recommendation.
02Accepting these terms
You accept these terms, and the Privacy Policy, by signing the agreement message when you first connect a wallet. The signature costs no gas and sends no transaction. If you do not agree, do not connect a wallet.
We may update these terms. When we do, the version changes (this one is 2026-10-20) and your wallet is asked to agree again before it can use the app.
03Who may use it
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and you must be allowed to use a service like this under the laws that apply to you. You may not use Reswap if you are in, or ordinarily resident in, a place where doing so is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions.
04Your wallet and your responsibility
You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you sign. Blockchain transactions are final: we cannot refund, reverse or recover them. You pay the network gas for every transaction.
Check the token and the amounts in your wallet before you sign. Anyone can create a token with any name, symbol or image, including ones that imitate other projects.
05Fees
Reswap adds a fee on the amount you swap or bridge, which you choose in the app (from 0.10% up to 5%; the default is 0.10%). It is built into the quote you see before you confirm, listed on its own line as the Reswap fee, and paid when the order settles. Relay charges its own fee and you pay network gas; both are also shown in the quote.
The fee is not charged on an order that is refunded.
06Risks
Tokens are volatile and can lose all of their value. A token can have little or no liquidity, and prices move with every trade. A quote is an estimate: the amount you receive can differ by the slippage shown, and an order can fail and be refunded. Bridging moves funds between networks and depends on those networks, on Relay, and on its solvers staying available.
Smart contracts can contain bugs, and wallets, chains and third-party services can fail. Nothing on Reswap is financial, legal or tax advice.
07What you may not do
Do not use Reswap to break the law, to deceive or defraud others, to launder funds, to manipulate markets, or to evade sanctions. Do not try to interfere with the site or its rate limits, to game the beta tasks with automation, wash trades or many wallets.
We may withhold beta task progress when these rules are broken. We cannot change or remove anything that is on-chain.
08No warranty, and limits on liability
Reswap is provided as it is and as it is available. We make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, accurate or free of errors, and the figures it shows (prices, fees, balances, USD values) come from third parties and can be late or wrong.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from your use of Reswap, Relay, the tokens or networks it connects to, including trading losses, lost keys, failed or mistaken transactions, and the acts of other users or third parties.
09Changes and contact
We may change or stop Reswap, and we may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page show when they last changed.
Questions can be sent through our official account on X, @ReswapHQ. We will never ask for a private key or seed phrase.
